Power Project Development
Senergy has extensive experience in the development of thermal and renewable electricity generation plants and related infrastructure. We have assisted clients in negotiating and drafting construction contracts, EPC contracts and O&M contracts for power plants.
We have also assisted clients with the steps required for developing green energy projects, including regulatory analysis, analysis of federal and state tax incentives, negotiating and drafting power purchase agreements, transmission and interconnection considerations, and review of financing documents.
